Politically Homeless

This blog is created as a forum for the increasingly large number of voters in Marion County, Florida who consider themselves to be "Politically Homeless". We are individuals who are frustrated with political parties and discouraged by "politics as usual". Many of us have no registered party affiliation. Others stay registered with a party only to vote in primaries, but no longer identify with the party's current political direction. We encourage you to post your comments.

Who’s The Blog Master?

A few bloggers are continuing to have some fun speculating the identity of the Blog Master. The only way to know the identity of the Blog Master with certainty is for someone to hack into the blog’s operating system. That has already been unsuccessfully attempted. So whoever tried it…please remember, this is illegal! The Politically Homeless site and all of the bloggers contributing to our blog are "very secure".

The Blog Master role will be turned over to different individuals during what we hope to be a long life for our Politically Homeless blog. The person(s) in that role today will most likely not be the same person(s) a year or so from now.

The introduction of new approaches/ideas is important to keep a blog like ours active. We already have volunteers who would like to be future Blog Masters; some of them might even surprise you!

I'll also volunteer. Why not a homeless Democrat as Blogmaster.

I’ve never had any doubt about who is running the blog, and I don’t know anyone else who knows the Republican operative running the blog who has had any doubts either. Why speculate on what is already known? I guess this thread will give The Blogmaster an opportunity to assume some bogus identities and argue with himself about who he is.

What is a Republican operative? Sounds like the CIA. I don't know who the blogmaster is and don't care. I'm worried about Mr. Creekbaum's fixation on the individual. Perhaps the blogmaster should be too.

The Blog Master an "Operative". Wow! Sounds like a pretty powerful person.

I don’t think Mr. Creekbaum intended the term "operative" be viewed as something negative. After all, it means: “exerting force or influence; producing the appropriate effect; engaged in or doing work”. Isn’t that what the blogmaster is doing?

The blogmaster, who gives a flying flip!

In the interest of political transparency, it would be honest and forthright to disclose the person, his political affiliations, and actual purpose. But those in the know already know.

I have no idea who the Blog Master might be--only suggestions that people have given on the blog. It is hard to figure out, because he/she hardly ever posts anything personally beyond ideas/questions to get us commenting. Maybe that’s the way it should be.

The bloggers make the blog come to life not the Blog Master. PWF's point of view makes sense to me.

It is Mr.Creekbaum. He is a master with bogus posts, has never had any doubt and has been known to argue with himself.

It is Larry Cretul. I asked him.

I asked Cretul too. He said he thought it is Santa Claus!

I don't know who you are and don't care.

I would like for you to find out who is posting comments in my name on the blog. Happened once last week. Maybe some of the liberal idiots are at work. It's the way they operate.

Funny that people are so concerned about who the blogmaster is. I am just thankful there is a blog. My thoughts would not change if it was the biggest nut or the biggest flake . . . or someone with serious thoughts and wants to provide a forum for people to exchange ideas, hopefully politely.

Interesting that there is concern about a "Republican operative." I know Republicans who have voted for Democrats. Let's spend our time discussing issues. It is more interesting.

I love "operatives"!

Wish we had more of them in Marion County. Too many people spend all of their time complaining about everything rather than doing something.

I know who it isn't....Bobby D.

I know and I'm not telling.

Why does everyone assume it is a man? Hmm are we that far behind the times in the great County of Marion to believe that a woman could have the ability to begin a blog such as this? Really makes you wonder doesn't it.

At 6:27 PM, January 05, 2006, Anonymous Anonymous said...

Probably because trying to identify the blogmaster was started by some male chauvinist.

At 7:59 AM, January 07, 2006, Anonymous Anonymous said...

Anyone could assume the blog master is a man because of the plethora of stupid comments the blog attracts.

At 10:32 AM, January 07, 2006, Anonymous Anonymous said...

I assume that includes the one you just made!

At 4:28 PM, January 11, 2006, Anonymous Anonymous said...

Does anyone other than Mr. Creekbaum really care who the blog person is?

i don't care who he is but i know who he is

I know too.

Bloggermaster, we heard that the blog has been turned over to an Ocala City Councilman? What about that?

"Starbuck",

Not true.

We are making some changes, but what you and your friends have heard is not one of them. Stay tuned.

Politically Homeless is too funny all. Thanks for a great laugh.

Love the idea.

My two cents is we need to quit selling our water (start cutting back) and be more open to opportunity and economic development..instead of limiting wages. I'm a free market economist.

There is a lot good about our city too.

In a local election, the candidates are more important than the party.

But I was taught the most important thing for a political party is to WIN..

Thus I feel homeless..with all the socialistic practices and income shifting with transfer payments.

Though some associate this view with a political party, I do not.

I equate it with an economic belief.
